MXI Corp Business Review

Posted by Joel Drake

Background:

MXI Corp may also be found under “Xocai” if one searches the web.   If you are one of the millions that are into chocolate, this may be for you.  MXI was founded by Jeanette and Andrew Brooks in 2005, a mother and son team with a diverse business history, background.  The company was founded on the notion and science of raw, unprocessed cacao (chocolate) combined with other anti-oxidants, etc. marketed as a ‘healthy product’, not one that is simply a candy.  They were first to market earlier, before they went network marketing, with a ‘healthy chocolate’, even ‘diet’ chocolate product called “Pure De-lite”.  In 2005 the company went network marketing, and has grown in the US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and may be doing business in Japan.  The company is headquartered in Reno, Nevada.

Products:

MXI Corp specializes in unique healthy chocolate based and other health focused products, athletic-oriented products, and even diet products and energy drinks all based around raw cacao (chocolate).

Strengths:

  • A product in high demand and consumption worldwide.
  • Unique story behind the company, and its products.
  • Successful corporate track record to date.
  • Products are all of a high-quality, and they have scienctific data to back up any claims.
  • Has a reasonable and aggressive pay plan that has created large incomes for some.

Weaknesses:

  • This is a high-consumption model, where if you love chocolate, every day, may be right for some.
  • Pricing of their products is maybe on the high side, especially compared with other recent entries in the chocolate markets in retail outlets, etc.
  • They promote heavily on the Acai Berry, and having high ORAC scores.  This means they are talking anti-oxidants, a very crowded market.
  • MXI Corp stresses the importance of selling "anyone" means most will run when they see you coming

MXI Corp Business Rating (High Score is 10)

5.2

CONCLUSION:

In conclusion, MXI Corp seems a well built company, with many products to choose from.  It is a high-consumption model, meaning be prepared to eat, drink, or give away a bit of product each day, week, etc.  They seem to have great products though, and a credible medical advisory board on board.  There are some top earners in the company, but attrition of customers due to pricing in the current economy may make it tough to build a ‘residual income’ base on customers.  Would need to recruit fellow distributors who also consume, and recruit.  It is a network marketing company.  Be sure and do your due-diligence on any company you are about to join.  For the right people, this could be a home run.  At the very least, you can try some fun products.
